Music Lessons for All
Guitar
You will learn about your instrument – how to care for it as well as how to play it. Theory, involving chord construction and neck movement and voicing for playing “economically” is taught. Some site reading is strongly encouraged; however; student will determine how far they wish to go with this. Overall, you will learn to play songs that you choose on either electric, acoustic, or both.
Piano
You will learn to read music as well as learning to play songs by ear, strengthening your listening skills. Theory of chord construction and voicing and inversions for smooth playing is taught.
Classes In person or Virtually
Vocal
Lessons are not just about singing! You will learn how to breath properly for optimum sound execution. Vocalizes are a necessary part of vocal instruction and are done for about 15 minutes every session; used to strengthen vocal cord muscles for a stronger sound, as well as to prevent injury. Will learn how to sing in different genres in order to develop your own vocal style.
Ukulele
Learn chords and play songs of your choosing. Site reading is offered and some is suggested; however, this is entirely up to the student.
